Total Body Fitness
Total Body Fitness with Selina Uglow, Certified Personal Trainer and Neuromuscular Medicine Nurse, is more than just a workout—it’s a movement experience designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and energized at any age.
This 40-minute class blends the best of Pilates, Yoga, and functional training, infused with stretching and lymphatic movement to support circulation, mobility, and toning. Each session focuses on correctional and functional movement, helping you build strength, improve posture, and move with greater ease—all with a lower risk of injury.
Whether you’re just beginning or looking to enhance your current fitness routine, Selina’s personalized approach ensures every body can thrive.
With two locations being offered, you can choose to take your class in the beautiful surroundings of North East, PA or in Erie’s most unique wellness space on Zuck Road, The Yurt.
Vibe & Thrive: Breath, Sound & Renewal
These 60-minute sessions offer a gentle yet powerful experience that blends intentional breathwork with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and tuning forks. It’s the perfect midweek reset—a chance to reduce stress, process emotions, and return to your natural state of balance.
All equipment is provided—yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets—though you’re welcome to bring your own. Just wear comfortable clothing, bring clean shoes, hydration, and come with curiosity and an open heart. ✨ Open to all levels — no experience needed.
