This hands-on Cooking & Coaching Class is designed for couples, families, and individuals who want to eat healthier without spending more money or time in the kitchen.

Led by Chef Lisa Heidelberg of Dinner is Served by Lisa and Wellness Coach Selina Uglow, LPN, CPT of The WAY to Healthy Living, this experience blends practical cooking instruction with realistic lifestyle coaching—focused on solutions that work in everyday life.

You’ll see how one simple pantry item—such as a can of beans, tomatoes, or sauce—can be transformed into five quick, affordable, and healthier meals. Lisa and Selina will demonstrate:
